William has been studying, practicing, and teaching massage and bodywork for more than thirty years. His interest in the power of touch began in childhood, when massage helped relieve asthma and headaches more effectively than medication. Over the years, his passions for meditation, martial arts, and holistic health shaped a lifelong focus on movement, recovery, and wellbeing.
After studying massage therapy in Asheville, William’s path took him around the world, including teaching at a meditation school in Sydney and working at a rehabilitation center in Southern California. He later spent nearly two decades in Northern California teaching at one of the West Coast’s top massage schools, where he became a faculty instructor and “teacher of teachers.”
William returned to the mountains of North Carolina in 2019 and now focuses on reducing pain, improving movement, and supporting recovery from injury and surgery.
